Bruce is Senior Manager at McGrath Nicol a Corporate Advisory Firm following several years as a Senior Manager with PPB(WA), a national network of advisers and chartered accountants specialising in corporate advisory, turnaround, reconstruction and forensics. Bruce also spent 8 years with BankWest culminating in being appointed Head of Payments.
Bruce holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Queensland University of Technology and is a qualified Chartered Accountant of over 20 years standing. Bruce is a member of the Western Australian Cricket Association and his interests include travel, food, wine, and sport.

Patrick is a Certified Financial Planner and holds a Master of Applied Finance and Investment degree. He is current Vice President of the Western Australian Club and a former member of the organizing committee of the WA chapter of the Financial Planning Association. Patrick specialises in assisting professionals and business owners in creating wealth, and is a recognised expert witness.
Patrick is General Manager and Principal of rmg financial services, a financial planning firm with 16 employees. rmg financial services has won an Asset Magazine innovation award in 2008 and 2009 and has been a national finalist (and number 1 in WA) in Independent Financial Adviser magazine's best practice awards for the past 3 years.
Patrick is also a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
As a former rocker turned 'corporate suit' Patrick gets a lot of enjoyment from the burgeoning musical careers of his children. His hobbies include scuba diving, skiing and getting down to the beach. He dreams of one day having a single figure golf handicap!

Brett Davies is Director of Brett Davies Lawyers, a private tax law firm that takes its instructions from other lawyers, accountants and advisers. Brett sits on many law Society and Law Council Committees and is an active member of many charity groups. Brett also chairs the House sub-committee.

Amy began her career with the RAC in the United Kingdom working within the marketing department. Following her return from the UK she commenced with Optus working in their corporate marketing arena. More recently Amy joined Picton Corporate Logistics where she led the re-branding and marketing of their corporate image. Amy's interests include cooking, writing, wine, and boating, she is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in marketing.

Melvin Yeo LLB (Hons) UWA, FFin, GAICD
Melvin is a Legal Counsel with the corporate office of Wesfarmers Limited. He graduated with honours from the University of Western Australia and is also a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Prior to joining Wesfarmers, he was a senior lawyer with Australian national law firm Corrs Chambers Westgarth for 7 years, practising in in corporate governance, takeovers, and mergers and acquisitions. Melvin is Chairman of the Club's House, Food & Beverage Sub-Committee, and is also a Board member of Heritage Perth Inc and the Chairman of its Finance & Strategy Committee, a Council member of Araluen Botanic Park Foundation Inc and a member of the Executive Committee of the Australian Corporate Lawyers Association (WA Division).
Melvin was the Chairman of the Food & Beverage Sub-Committee from June 2006. In January 2008, the Sub-Committee's responsibilities were expanded to include House matters. Melvin was appointed to fill a casual vacancy on the Committee in May 2009.
